The Vanguard Lions continued their march through the 2007 NAIA National Tournament, posting a 66-57 win over Oklahoma City University. VU was led by junior guard Jessica Richter, who poured in 26 points to go along with her 6 rebounds and 6 steals. Vanguard's bench provided a huge spark in the second-round victory, as Lindsey Rinke scored 8 points and added 3 timely steals down the stretch to seal the game for the Lions.
